How to export genomic regions from UCSC?

 

Access the UCSC Genome Browser

 

  • Navigate to the [UCSC Genome Browser website](https://genome.ucsc.edu/).
  •  

  • Choose the appropriate genome assembly from the dropdown menu on the homepage.

 

Locate Your Genomic Region

 

  • Use the search box to enter either a gene name, accession number, or genomic coordinates.
  •  

  • Click on the "go" button to navigate to the specified region on the genome browser.

 

Adjust the View

 

  • Utilize the browser's zoom functionalities (zoom in/out) to refine the view to your specific region of interest.
